Vitya joined us in our 2005 season and celebrated his 25th tour with us in 2010. He brings 13 years of experience operating a family seafood restaurant at the Pacific Coast.
His exquisite, mouth-watering international cuisine excels even under rustic conditions. His menu includes wild salmon, coq au vin, even Bohemian dumplings and tiramisu for dessert.
Vitya’s humorous, ever-cheerful personality brightens up everyone’s faces even after a challenging ride. Much appreciated on campfire evenings is his fine clarinet playing. Vitya is a native of Prague and is fluent in Czech and German.
